Website visitors

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and has no forms. The host (OVH) and the network that delivers images and videos (Sanity) receive visitors' IP addresses, only in order to serve the pages.

If you contact me

Your messages (email, WhatsApp) are only used to answer your request and follow up on any work together. They are kept for as long as we are in touch, then 3 years after the last contact.

Business outreach by email

I sometimes contact professionals (brands, agencies, marketing teams) to present my AI video production and creative direction work.

Data used: first and last name, work email address, company and job title.
Source: professional information made public by the person or their company (company website, LinkedIn, professional directories).
Purpose: offering my services, in connection with your professional activity.
Legal basis: my legitimate interest in presenting my work to professionals (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), as the French data protection authority (CNIL) allows for business-to-business outreach.
Retention: 3 years after the last contact from you, then deleted.
Your data is never sold, rented or shared.

To stop receiving messages: reply "stop" to any email, or write to lorenzogola.pro@gmail.com. Your details are then added to a suppression list, kept for 3 years, only so that you are not contacted again.

Service providers

Emails are sent and stored with Gmail (Google). Google may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses). The site is hosted by OVH SAS (Roubaix, France).

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to outreach at any time. Write to lorenzogola.pro@gmail.com; I reply within one month. If needed, you can contact the CNIL (cnil.fr).
